FACILITY RENTALS | Reserving School Buildings and Grounds

The School Board of the City of Charlottesville encourages the respectful use of school property for worthy community and civic purposes during hours when the buildings are not being used for school activities. To this end, a process for renting school property has been established. Organizations or individuals wanting to rent school property must submit an application to the school secretary of the building you wish to use.

If the proposed use of school property complies with the rules and regulations set forth and there are no conflicts on the requested dates, the Superintendent may approve the use of the school building or grounds.
